企业要想在激烈的竞争中获得竞争优势,要比竞争对手给顾客带来更多的价值。文章从总顾客价值和总顾客成本两个方面论述了提高顾客让渡价值的途径。
An enterprise has to bring its customers more value in order to win competition advantage in market competition. The paper discusses how to improve alienative value for customers from the aspect of total customers' value and total customers' cost
