A Discussion on Setting Instrucors' New Image up in Universities

学校的形象取决于两个方面:学生的形象和教师的形象,而教师中辅导员在学生心目中的形象更为重要,它要求辅导员必须具备博学、有礼等良好的自身素质。

The image of school is decided by two aspects： students＇ image and teachers＇ image. But the image of instructors is more important that of other teacher in students＇ mind. So,instructors have to foster themselves on competency,such as being learned,polite, etc.
