无孔型轧制摩擦条件对轧件断面形状的影响

摘要 提出了一种轧件自由宽展面鼓形率的定义。借助非线性有限元分析软件MSC.Superform研究了无孔型轧制过程中摩擦条件对轧件断面形状的影响,分析表明:轧件自由宽展面和角部的变形与摩擦条件有紧密的关系,尤其在大压下量的轧制状况下其影响更为显著。 A new parameter definition is given to describe the barreling shape.With the aid of non-linear FE software MSC.SuperForm, the effect of friction on cross-section shape of workpiece in grooveless roiling is analyzed. The conclusions are obtained that:there exist closely relations between friction and the deformation on the profile and the deformation of the workpiece's corner, especially when heavy draft is taken.
