摘要
通过对数控加工过程的分析和建模,提出了一种基于神经网络的自适应控制系统,并进行了系统仿真。仿真结果表明,该系统在切削工况发生时变的情况下仍能实现恒切削力控制,具有很强的鲁棒性,达到了提高加工效率的目的。
By analyzing a control system of CNC and building its mathematical model, presents a neural network adaptive controller. Simulation results show that the system achieves a constant force control in cutting process under time-varying cutting conditions and has good robustness, thereby to enhance the efficiency of the machining.
