摘要
采用薄层扫描法对枇杷叶、白花蛇舌草、女贞子中熊果酸的含量进行了测定,其薄层扫描测定条件为:展开剂中环己烷-氯仿-乙酸乙酯(20∶5∶8);显色剂用10%H2SO4乙酸溶液。结果表明:在三种药材中,白花蛇舌草熊果酸含量最高,达0.896%;枇杷叶稍低,为0.843%;女贞子最低,为0.436%。该测定方法简便、快速,测定结果准确、可靠。
The content of ursolic acid in Eriobotrya japonica (Thtmb) L indl, Hedyotis diffusa Willd and Ligustrum lucidum Aitl were determinated by the method of thin-layer chromatography ( TIC), the conditions of the determination by the method of TLC were as follow: the eluant was the mixture solution of cyclohexane, chloroform and acetic acid ethyl easter in the propotion of 20 : 5 : 8, and the color-developing agent was 10 % solution of H2SO4 in acetic acid. The results showed that the content of ursolic acid in Hedyotis diffusa Willd was 0. 896 %, which was the highest in the three medicines, and that in Eriobotrya japonica (Thunb) L indl was 0.843% ,which was a bit low,that in Ligustrum lucidum Aitl was 0.436 %, the lowest in the three. The determinafing method is easy to operate, fast, accurate and trustworthy.
