摘要
为解决河南小麦生产上三个主导品种(豫麦18号、豫麦49号、兰考906)生物技术改良的技术瓶颈问题,研究了不同浓度的ABA和A gNO3处理对上述三个小麦品种幼胚愈伤组织诱导和分化特性的影响。结果表明,添加0.1 m g/L ABA的诱导培养基以及在添加0.1 m g/l ABA的基础上再添加2.5 m g/L或5.0 m g/LA gNO3的诱导培养基对幼胚愈伤组织形成和分化最为有利,但不同基因型在相同的处理下幼胚愈伤组织诱导率和分化率仍存在较大的差异。
In order to overcome the technique obstacle of genetic improvement in some local main wheat cuhivars, effects of different factors including abscisic acid (ABA) and AgNO3 on calli induction and differentiation of immature embryos derived from three wheat cultivars (Yumai 18, Yumai 49 and Lankao 906) were studied. The result showed that callus formation and differentiation of immature embryos were apparently improved on Induction medium supplement with 0.1 mg/L ABA and 2.5 mg/L or 5.0 mg/L AgNO3. There were significant differences among the different genotypes.
