分析了输油管道池火灾的危害,利用数学模型对池火灾造成的人员伤害和财产破坏后果进行了计算。通过计算可以预测池火灾发生时任意点处的失效后果,以便采取必要的防范措施。
Analyzes the Hazard of oil pipeline pool fire. A mathmatical model is used to calculate the people injury and the property damage caused by pool fire.The consequence of failure in any place may be predicted by calculation when pool fire occurs, so that necessary preventive measures can be taken.
