In the paper, according to the framework and the function requirement of SCM, the critical technology and its connotation of building SCM information interactive platform are addressed. The specific function modules of SCM information platform are addressed detailed. The idea for designing SCM information interactive platform and the method of building based on J2EE are described. The platform solves the problems of traditional SC MIS（management information system） ,such as low agility,weak rebuilding and so on.
