辐射杂种细胞系及其在基因定位中的应用

摘要 应用辐射杂种细胞系定位基因是基因定位的一种新的有效方法,本文对辐射杂种细胞系的形成、发展、种类以及在基因定位中的应用作了阐述,并对其作为基因定位有利工具的利弊作了评价。
