摘要 离子发动机栅极组件的热应力、热形变分析是栅极组件工程化设计的重要内容之一。建立了栅极组件热应力分析模型和计算方法。针对20cm氙离子发动机钛栅极组件的结构,具体进行分析计算。结果表明,钛栅极组件的热应力满足工程应用要求。 Grid is one of the important components for ion thruster. When the thruster operating, deformation will be taken place and even be destroyed with asymmetric distribution of temperature. It is necessary to analyze and calculate its thermal stress for selecting optimal structure and materials. A numerical model was established for analysis the grid thermal stress. The Ti grid thermal stress of 20 cm Xenon ion thruster was calculated. It was confirmed that Ti grid structure and parameter were fit for condition of thermal stress.
