摘要
试验表明,稀土对离子氮化有明显的催渗作用。离子氮化能提高模具的硬度,降低摩擦系数,不再出现粘着磨损,显著提高拉深模的寿命。
It is indicated by the experiment that rare earth can accelerate the effect of penetration on ionitriding.Ionitriding can increase the hardness of the dies, decrease the coefficient of the friction and avoid adherence and abrasion, therefore can enhance the endurance of the tandem dies distinctly.
