摘要
介绍了利用可编程控制器(PLC)控制步进电动机和电焊机,实现了车钩堆焊过程的自动化控制。试验结果表明,该系统具有抗干扰能力强、运行可靠、操作方便以及效率高等特点。
The PLC controlled system which is used to control step -motor and electric welding machine is introduced in this paper, and automatic control of surface welding for the train hook repairing is realized. Experimental results show that the machine has advantages of high stability, convenient operation and high efficiency.
