摘要
应用Bingham模型描述强磁场作用下磁流变液的流变特性,并以此为基础分析了圆筒式磁流变液制动器的工作机理,建立了制动力矩的工程计算模型,根据磁流变制动器的特点,导出了制动器设计中主要几何参数的理论计算公式,并对制动器设计中的有关问题进行了初步分析。
The design method of the cylindrical magnetorheological brake is investigated theoretically. A Bingham model is used to characterize the constitutive behavior of MR fluids subject to an external magnetic field. The expressions of the torque within the brake are derived to provide the theoretical foundation in the brake design. Based on this equation, after mathematical manipulation , the theoretical formulas for calculating the primary parameters of the cylindrical MRF brake are yielded.
