摘要
针对自由曲面零件检测过程中难以准确定位的问题,提出了具有标准CAD模型的被测曲面,先提取曲面边缘,二值化后利用边缘图形的质心和最小惯性主轴对齐待测曲面和CAD模型,进行质量检测,并给出了质心的算法。
Aim at the difficult accurate positioning in inspecting free -form surface, suggest the inspected surface with standard CAD model. Firstly, distill the surface edge; secondly, utilizing edge chart gravity center and minimum inertia axis, align the surface to be inspected with CAD model after complanation, then conduct the quality inspection. The method to calculate the gravity center is also provided.
