摘要
以焦作九里山矿为例,介绍了突出煤层炮采放顶煤的工艺,工作面的瓦斯治理技术,工作面的煤层底板注浆改造加固技术,有效地解决了此种条件下煤与瓦斯突出和煤层底板突水灾害问题,改善了生产环境。通过对焦作矿区高瓦斯多水害防治技术研究,找出适合该条件下的炮采放顶煤模式的采煤方法。为焦作矿区及华北型煤田高产高效矿井建设提供参考模式。
This paper introduces the mining techniques, gas-control and grouting techniques on coal floor of blast coal caving-working-face, Jiulishan Coal Mine as an example. It has effectively solved the problems of coal and gas-blast and floor-water-bursting hazards on the condition, improved the production. Through the research of high gas and multi-water-bursting hazards prevention techniques in Jiaozuo coal mine regions, "the mining coal method of caving working face is found. It provides an important model for Jiaozuo coal mine and North China coal field.
