摘要
根据锅炉设计的基本原理,采用基于Solid Edge的三维参数化图形建模和Excel设计过程计算建模的基本思想,建立整套3D参数化模型图库、Excel计算表数据库以及Visual Basic数据驱动和系统整合程序,实现以Solid Edge为中心的二次开发CAD工程设计软件。该软件实现了从基本工艺结构计算、机械设计计算到装置零部件及整体装配图生成的一体化,较好地解决了设计成本过高,周期过长,以及出错率高、可视化程度低、设计过程难于监控的缺陷,并且具有3D模型可复用、Excel计算表开放可扩展性。
This theme created a whole 3D parameterized model gallery and Excel computing sheet and data driving mould module and system integration program made by Visual Basic which is based on the idea of boiler designingprinciple and Solid Edge parameter modeling tech and Excel computation mould, and then software was created through Solid Edge redevelop tech. The theme realized design all-in-one including craft and structural computation, and mechanical design and part assembly, it is a low cost project with short period, less mistake, high visualization and easy check or control process. Its model can be reused and computation sheet can be expanded.
