摘要
对线圈骨架DT4A纯铁和1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢摩擦焊接头裂纹的形成进行了原因分析。分析认为摩擦焊接参数没有得到优化,轴向压力卸载过早,焊接不良;而且异种材料物理性能线胀系数上有很大差别,导致摩擦焊接界面周边处形成最大张应力以及奥氏体与非奥氏体不锈钢之间的组织应力容易驱使裂纹的形成。
Causes analysis of crack formation on the friction welding joint for ring 5Ke-leton DT4A and 1Cr18Ni9Ti were analyzed. It was regarded that friction welding parameters were not optimized, so that axial pressure was unloaded ahead and friction welding boundary surface couldn' t be welded enough and that coefficients of linear expansion among physicochemical properties between incompatible materials are very different, to result in the highest tensile stresses formation in circumference of the structural stresses between stainless steel of austenite and nonaustenite, so that cracks were easily formed.
