西安高新区人力资本对经济增长贡献的测度与分析

Contribution of human resources capital to economic growth of hi-tech development zone in Xi'an

在经济增长理论模型分析的基础上,选用新经济增长模型对人力资本在西安高新区经济增长中的贡献率进行了测度,结果验证了舒尔茨的人力资本对经济增长的决定性作用的观点,也说明了高新技术产业是一种人本经济,对人力资源的吸引和进行充分开发,将直接影响我国高新技术产业开发区的经济增长速度和运行质量。最后针对西安高新区的现状和数据测算,以及和上海、北京的差距提出了建议。

Based on the theory of economic growth, this article uses a theoretical model estimating the contribution rate of the human resources capital to the economic growth of a hi-tech industrial development zone in Xi＇ an. Results prove that the human resources capital plays a significant role in the economic growth of the hi-tech industrial development, therefore hi-tech industry is a people-oriented economy. Attraction and full development of human resources will directly effect the economic growth speed and operating quality of hi-tech industrial development zones in China.
