摘要
目前，我国的经济和城市建设活动空前繁荣。与此同时，由于缺乏相应的规划和管理控制，城市的污染也越来越严重，直接影响了城市的进一步发展。为此，需加强规划中环境保护方面的理论和控制手段的研究。本文通过分析香港在城市规划中环境保护的成功经验，并结合从城市的投入产出角度对该问题的一些思考，就有关问题提出相应的看法。
Along with the rapid economic growth and arban construction in China, urbanpollution become more serious than before lacking of relevant planning andmanagement control. This affects forther urban development. Through analyzingthe successful experiences of environniental protection in tirbaii planning inHongKong, the paper discusses the iss,ie of 'inpi,t and output' in urban processand points out some relevant ideas of it, in the purpose of giving reference to thestudy of theory and control method in environmental protection
