摘要 要获得稳定的电解加工参数,通常需要进行多次工艺试验。为了减少试验次数并提高加工精度,提出了一种基于加工过程数值模拟的电解加工参数选择方法,即在开发的加工过程数值模拟软件上使用不同的加工参数进行加工过程模拟以获得合适的加工参数。实践表明,用基于加工过程数值模拟的方法获得的加工参数进行加工,可提高加工精度、效率及加工过程的稳定性,能大量减少工艺试验的次数,缩短加工周期。 Electrochemical machining (ECM) usually needs several or more experiments to select the processing parameters. In order to reduce the number of experiments and increase machining accuracy,a method of selecting the ECM processing parameters based on numerical simulation of ECM process was presented. With the method, different groups of processing parameters were used to perform the simulation of ECM process by the developed simulation software. The machining examples of special-shaped cavities show that the relatively reasonable machining parameters of the ECM can be obtained by the method. Meanwhile, the number of experiments for selecting the machining parame ters is greatly reduced and the machining period is shortened.
