摘要
针对液压机械臂的液压驱动系统要求与计算机接口方便、反应迅速并有较强抗污能力的特点,设计了基于高速开关阀先导控制的液压缸位置控制系统,并建立了相应的数学模型。通过对系统的仿真和实验分析,论证了该系统的可行性。
A hydraulic cylinder position control system, which was based on the pilot control of the high-speed on-off valve,was designed according with the demands of hydraulic pressure drive system of hydraulic manipulators. The demands included convenience of interface with computer, rapid eactivity and the fairly capability of anti--pollution. A proper math-- model was set up. The high easibility of the drive system is proved through the simulation and analysis.
