摘要
通过在凹模内设置不同厚度的聚氨酯胶垫,使冲裁过程在有反顶力的作用下完成;选择FD-1、SPCC、ST12、H62、DT4E与T2共6种板材,进行了冲裁工艺实验;测试出其冲裁实验过程中所发射出的噪声,并与普通冲裁(即无反顶力作用)条件下的噪声值作了比较。实验结果表明:带反顶力作用的冲裁较之普通冲裁可降低最大冲裁工艺噪声约3dB,可用于生产实际。
At first, designing the special structure of blanking die with an elastic polymer in,FD- 1, SPCC, ST12, H62, DT4E and T2, total 6 types of sheet metals were used to carry out the blan king experiments, simultaneously, maximum blanking emission noise data were measured with a noise meter and blanking emission noise curves were produced by a data collection instrument. Experimental results show that the maximum blanking noise can be decreased about 3dt3, compared with normal blanking process without counterforce. Therefore, it can be considered to be as a new process for blanking emission noise reduction and can be easily put into practical production.
