聚硅酸铝锌絮凝剂的制备及应用研究 被引量:14

摘要 制备无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅酸硫酸铝锌,将其应用于多种工业废水的处理.考察Zn/Si摩尔比、酸度等条件对絮凝效果、絮凝剂稳定性的影响,以及不同Zn/Si摩尔比絮凝剂在废水处理中电动电位的变化,实验结果表明:Zn/Si摩尔比为1.8:1、pH值在7~11之间时,絮凝剂的电中和能力和吸附架桥能力最强,絮凝效果最好.聚硅酸硫酸铝锌应用于造纸、啤酒厂、电镀、屠宰厂等工业废水处理,CODCr去除率达60%~95%,浊度去除率〉99%,且操作工艺简单,成本低,处理效果优于聚硅酸硫酸铝。结果令人满意. We prepared inorganic polymer flocculant-polymerized silicate containing aluminum sulfate and zinc sulfate(PSAZS), treated various industrial waste water, and investigated effects of ratio of zinc to silicon(Zn/Si), acidity and stability on flocculation. The conclusion shows that ratio of removal of CODer can reach 60 % -- 95 % and the percentage of removal of turbidity is higher than 99 %. When PSAZS is applied to treatment waste water comes from paper making mill, brewery, electroplating factory and slaughter house of the ratio of zinc to silicon is 1.8 : 1, pH value of water to be treated is from 7 to 11. Moreover, the cost of water treatment with PSAZS is low, and its operation process is simple while its flocculationg effect is better than PSAS's. The effect of PSAZS on treating water is very satisfied.
