摘要
通过自行建立实验装置,对微孔过滤介质错流过滤过程中的堵塞现象进行实验研究.通过改变操作条件和物料,考察影响堵塞的因素.实验结果表明:微孔介质的堵塞为介质自身特征、操作条件所共同控制,微孔过滤介质堵塞是一个由一般性堵塞发展至中间堵塞,最后发展至完全堵塞的过程,堵塞阻比总是趋于缓和.堵塞在过滤速度衰减过程中的变化必须予以充分考虑.
Blocking of micro-porous membrane during cross-flow filtration process was studied by selfsetting filtration experiments. The factors effecting by results blocking were studied by changing the operating conditions and feedstocks. It is showed that the blocking of micro-porous medium was controlled by both the characteristics of mediums and the operating conductions. It is conformed with the process from normal blocking to interval blocking, then to total blocking at last. Blocking resistance ratio was always steady. Moreover, the changing of blocking during the velocity decreasing process must be considered fully.
