摘要
采用16位模数转换芯片AD7705及精简指令集单片机AT90S8515为主要元器件,通过AD7705采集压力传感器检测到安全帽受力情况,然后在AD7705内部将采集的模拟信号转换成单片机所能识别的数据信号,上位单片机AT90S8515通过同步串行接口接收AD7705转换完成的16位数据值.实验给出单片机AT90S8515与AD7705的硬件连接图,并详细介绍了软件设计方法.
A safety helmet test system is based on the 16 bit A/D converter AD7705 and the RISC microchip AT90S8515. Sensors detect the pressure on a safety helmet and send the pressure signal to the AD7705, and then the AD7705 convert the signal from analogical to digital. SPI interface is used to get 16 bits data from the A/D converter. This paper presents the design method of the hardware and software of the system.
