染料敏化TiO_2纳米晶电子传递过程的光谱研究

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶的方法制备了具有极性表面的二氧化钛纳米晶,通过紫外-可见漫反射光谱、荧光光谱分析法研究有机染料对锐钛矿二氧化钛纳米晶敏化的光谱吸收和电子的传递过程.实验表明有机染料敏化的二氧化钛纳米晶在可见光区有非常强的光谱响应,具有荧光的染料发生电子湮灭现象. TiO2 nanocrytalline with polarity surface was prepared by employing sol-gel method, and the electron transfer process of the dye sensitized TiO2 was characterized by UV-vis and fluorescence spectrum. The results indicated that the dye sensitized TiO2 extended its absorption range into the visible-light region and occured the phenomenon of the electron annihilation by organic dye sensitized TiO2.
