摘要
利用双酶(纤维素酶、木聚糖酶)对秸杆直接糖化的条件进行了研究。结果表明:在纤维素酶1%、木聚糖酶0.01%、45℃、pH4.5、150rpm、液固比为15时,作用72h秸秆的糖化率最大。达到为10.815%:秸秆的糖化液中的还原性糖中主要有木糖和葡萄糖两种成份,比例分别为65%-68%和25%-33%。
The straw saccharification conditions with cellulose and xylanase simultaneously was studied. The result shows the maximum saccharification rate ( 10. 815% ) of straw was obtained under the conditions as follow:45 ℃, pH4.5,150 rpm, the ratio of liquid to solid is 15, the ratio of cellulase and xylanase to straw is 1% and 0.01% separately,and the saccharification time is 72 h. Glucose and xylose are the two main reducing sugar in the saccharification liquid of straw and their content are 65% - 68% and 25% - 33% separately.
