摘要
针对挖掘装载机挖掘装置回转过程中存在的稳定性问题,对回转过程进行了运动分析,判断其回转稳定性,找出影响因素,然后用MATBAB仿真软件中的S imu link对其进行动态特性仿真,证明通过对几个关键参数的优化能够很好地改善回转过程的动态性能.
The paper focuses on the stability of excavating device when backhoe - loader makes rotation motion. It makes kinematic analysis to rotation process, judges the rotation stability and points out the influencing factors. Then we use Simulink in the software Matlab to imitate the dynamic characteristics to improve backhoe - loader characteristics in rotation process through optimizing some important parameters.
