摘要
目的研究糖维康(TWK)对胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)大鼠血糖、胰岛素及血脂水平的影响,探讨其保护IR大鼠的机制。方法采用高脂高糖饲料喂养法复制IR大鼠的动物模型,同时给予不同剂量的TWK干预,饲养期间每周称体重1次,4周测1次血糖,实验10周后取血测胰岛素、血糖、TG、LDL-C、TC及HDL-C,称取肝重,计算肝指数。结果TWK生药15.0 g.kg-17、.5 g.kg-1能够提高IR大鼠对胰岛素的敏感性,降低肝指数和血脂水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。其药理作用与二甲双胍(Met)有协同效果。结论TWK可通过降低血脂水平改善IR大鼠的高胰岛素状态,且与Met有协同作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Tangweikang on blood glucose, serum insulin and lipids in experimental insulin resistance rats. METHODS The insulin resistance rats were induced by administrated high - fat and high - sugar diet. At the same time, the rats were administrated with different doses of Tangweikang.The body weight was recorded every week, blood glucose was tested every 4 weeks and 10 weeks later, and the blood glucose, serum insulin, TG, LDL- C, TC, HDL- C and liver weight were also tested, respectively. Meanwhile liver index was calculated. RESULTS Tangweikang increased the insulin sensitivity index(ISI) of insulin resistance rats , decreased liver index and serum lipids(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),and had synergy Mefformin (Met). CONCLUSION Tangweikang can improve ISI of insulin resistance rats and enhance Met effect.
