RP-HPLC快速测定散利痛片中3组份的含量

A fast method to determine the contents of 3 ingredients in Saridon tablets by RP-HPLC

目的建立快速测定散利痛片中咖啡因、对乙酰氨基酚、异丙基安替比林含量的方法。方法采用lip—HPLC法，Hypersil hypurity^TM Advance色谱柱，流动相为0．01mol·L^-1 H3PO4（0．1％三乙胺）-甲醇（70：30），检测波长273nm，流速1．0ml·min^-1。结果各组份线性关系良好（r≥0．9998），回收率100．2％-100．9％（RSD为0．6％-0．9％）。结论所建方法操作简便、快速，分析时间仅为普通C18柱的1／5，精密度好，结果准确可靠。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine the contents of caffeine, acetaminophen and isopropylphenazone in Saridon tablets.METHODS A Hypersil hypurity^TM Advance column（150 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm）was used with the mobile phase consisted of a mixture of 0.01 mol·L^-1 phosphoric acid buffer （containing 0.1% triethylamine） - methanol （70：30） .The detective wavelength was set at 273 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. RESULTS The calibration curves of the three drugs showed a good linearity （r≥0.9998）. The average recoveries were 100.2 % - 100.9% with RSD of 0.6 % - 0.9 %. CONCLUSION This method is simple, rapid and accurate, and the analytical time is only one fifth of on common C18 column.
