摘要
目的用水作溶剂，从葛根中提取分离葛根素。方法水提取后用有机溶剂萃取，再用酸水结晶来提取分离葛根素，并采用薄层扫描法对其含量进行测定。结果直接从葛根中提取分离得到的葛根素，产率为6‰，含量为99．1％-99．7％。结论所用方法操作简便，产率和纯度高，且成本较低，便于工业化生产。
OBJECTIVE To extract and separate puerarin from roots of Pueraria lobata（Willd. ）Ohwi with water. METHODS Puerarin was separated by means of water extracting, organic solvent purification and following acid water crystallization. The content of puerarin was determined by TLC - scanning method. RESULTS Puerarin was extracted and purified. The yield was 6‰ and the contents of puerarin were 99.1% -99.7% .CONCLUSION The method is not only simple in process,but also high in yield and purity with low cost. It can be used for industrial production.
