摘要
目的建立测定注射用甲硫氨酸维生素B1中甲硫氨酸含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,固定相为氨基硅烷键合硅胶柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-25mmol·L^-1磷酸盐缓冲液(60:40,pH3.5),测定波长210nm,流速0.8ml·min^-1。结果线性范围为0.128~0.300mg·ml^-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.19%,RSD=0.70%(n=9)。结论所建方法简便、灵敏度高、重复性好。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining methionine in Methionine and Vitamin B1 for injection.METHODS HPLC method was used and the seperation was performed on a column packed with amino chemically bonded silica(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile- 25 mmol·L^-1 phosphate buffer solution (60:40,adjusting pH3.5)with flow rate of 0.8ml·min^-1 .The detective wavelength was set at 210 nm. RESULTS The linear range was good in 0. 128 ~ 0. 300mg·ml^-1 ( r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 100.19% with RSD of 0.70% ( n = 9). CONCLUSION The method is simple,sensitive and accurate with a high reproducibility.
