摘要 研究了反应性防老剂N-(4-苯胺基苯基)马来酰亚胺(MC)对丁腈橡胶(NBR)的硫化特性、力学性能以及耐热空气,ASTM1#油、ASTM3#油、湿热和臭氧老化性能的影响,并与防老剂4020进行对比。结果表明,采用硫黄硫化体系时,防老剂MC使胶料的硫化速度和硫化程度有所降低;采用过氧化物硫化体系时,含防老剂MC胶料的硫化速度、硫化程度和力学性能明显高于含防老剂4020的胶料。防老剂MC使NBR硫化胶具有良好的耐ASTM3#油老化性能,但抗臭氧老化作用则差于防老剂4020。 The effects of reactive antioxidant N-(4-Anilino phenyl) maleimide on the curing characteristics, mechanical properties and the resistance of hot air aging, ASTM 1# oil aging, ASTM 3 # oil aging, humid-hot air aging as well as ozone aging of NBR vulcanizates were studied, compared with anLioxidant 4020. The results showed that antioxidant MC reduced the curing rate and vulcanization extent of the compound, which was cured with sulfur curing system. When the compound was cured with peroxide curing system, the curing rate and vulcanization extent as well as the mechanical properties of the compound containing antioxidant MC were higher than those of the compound containing antioxidant 4020. The vulcanizate containing antioxidant MC had excellent ASTM 3 # oil aging resistance. The anti-ozone aging effect of antioxidant MC was poorer than antioxidant 4020.
