摘要
《千金方》专辟“消渴”篇,共收载有关消渴病论6首,方65首,灸法6首。认为饮食不节是导致消渴的重要原因,而房劳过度、多服石散、情志失调或身体虚弱均可导致消渴,同时将消渴分为肠胃热实型、渴型、利型等三个基本类型,另对该病的针灸治疗、预后、禁忌以及并发症都提出相应认识,实为唐以前消渴病相关理论和临床经验的总结。
Golden Prescriptions for Emergencies opened the diabetes chapter,which collected 6 essays,65 prescriptions,6 moxibution methods.It stated that improper diet was the important cause of diabetes and intemperance in sexual life,over-taken powder,emotional stress or weak body could also cause diabetes.Meanwhile,it divided disbetes into three basic types;the intestine and stomache heat of excess type,thirst type,inducing type.In addition,it also put forward some ideas about the acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,prognosis contraindication and complication.
