我国聚乙烯树脂行业的现状及发展方向

Present Status and Future Development of China's Polyethylene Industry

综述了我国目前聚乙烯行业的发展情况,介绍了我国聚乙烯行业所处的周边环境和外部压力。根据我国在高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、线型低密度聚乙烯3种主要类型聚乙烯上的产能及结构分布,阐述了我国聚乙烯行业存在的问题和今后的发展方向。同时介绍了我国聚乙烯催化剂的研制、发展情况,提出催化剂的国产化对我国聚乙烯成套技术开发具有关键作用。

China＇s proceeding of polyethylene （PE）industry in recent years was summarized. PE industry of neighbouring countries and areas was also introduced. Based on analyzing current import and export data, China＇s consumption capacity of PE, production capacities of high density polyethylene （HDPE）, low density polyethylene （LDPE）and linear low density polyethylene （LLDPE）, current problems and future development in China PE industry were elaborated. First, the common resins should be further perfected. These products still have a very large market, so their stability in qualities and proper prices should be ensured. Second, connection between production and market should be enhanced. Developing novel resins should keep in line with changes of market demands. Third, research on specialty materials should be strengthened and more funds should be invested for production of specialties which have higher value. Final,research of China＇s PE catalysts was considered to be crucial to Chinese PE technology as a whole.
