Co-O/SiO_2催化分子氧氧化二甲苯的比较与催化剂表征

Comparativity on Co-O/SiO_2 Catalyzed Oxidation of Xylene with Molecular Oxygen and Characterization of the Catalyst

摘要 以350℃焙烧的0.12mmol/g Co-O/S iO2为催化剂,在常压、120℃条件下催化分子氧氧化邻、间、对二甲苯,反应5.5 h的转化率分别为40.2%、27.5%、47.4%,相应甲基苯甲酸的收率分别为27.9%、19.9%、39.8%.并对催化剂进行了IR、XRD表征. The oxidation of o -, m -, p -xylene with molecular oxygen at atmosphere pressure and 120℃ were catalyzed by 0.12 mmol/g Co - O/SiO2 calcinated at 350℃. The conversion of o -, m - ,p - xylene were respectively 40.2% ,27.5% and 47.4%, and the yields of o - , m - ,p - toluic acid were respectively 27.9%, 19.9% and 39.8% for 5.5 h. The catalysts were characterized by IR and XRD.
