摘要
将白菜种子浸于0~3.0mg·L^-1不同浓度梯度的亚硒酸钠溶液中,观察其发芽及幼苗生长情况,并对其发芽率、可溶性蛋白质质量分数、游离氨基酸总量及可溶性糖质量分数等生理指标进行分析.结果表明:在低浓度亚硒酸钠溶液浸种的前提下,亚硒酸钠对以上各项生理指标均有促进作用,而较高浓度亚硒酸钠溶液浸种,表现出一定的抑制作用.
Cabbage seeds were soaked with different concentrations of Na2SeO3 from 0 to 3.0 mg·L^-1. The quantity of soluble sugar, dissociate the total amount of amino acid, content of soluble protein and germination percentage were tested. It was shown that low density of Na2SeO3 promoted all the indexs in the first stage of germination,but the effect of high density of Na2SeO3 was decreasing late and at last Na2SeO3 became inhibitive.
