中西医结合治疗变应性鼻炎108例临床分析

Clinical Analysis Allergic Rhints Treated with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的探求变应性鼻炎有效、稳定的中西医结合治疗方法．方法变应性鼻炎患者随机分成两组，治疗组用中药补中益气汤加减配合射频治疗；对照组单纯用射频治疗，观察临床疗效．结果两组比较近期疗效、远期疗效、显效率、有效率，均有显著差异．结论中西医结合方法治疗变应性鼻炎疗效稳定、显著，不易复发，值得推广．

Objective To explore the effective ways of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, toteat allergic rhints. Methods Patients of allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group with Buzhongyiqi prescription and microwave; the control group only with the microwave treatment, observe the clinical effect. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 88.9 % and was obviously higher than that in control group which was 62.0 % （P 〈 0.05） . Compare with the two groups, the effect was obvious different, Conclusion Allergic rhints treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than single treatment. It has better clinical applied value.
