Survey of Impact on Psychology of Pregnancy Before Marriage

目的:探讨未婚妊娠对女性心理状况的影响,为未婚妊娠女性健康咨询和辅导提供依据,方法:采用1∶2配比病例-对照研究方法,对婚检时发现的125名妊娠者进行SCL-90量表评定,选择250名未妊娠的婚检女性作为对照。结果:125名妊娠者平均年龄25·1岁,以早孕为主,94·4%的妊娠者希望继续妊娠;影响未婚妊娠女性心理的主要因素为:文化程度、职业、家庭经济状况和是否与父母同住等。结论:未婚妊娠对女性的心理健康产生不良影响,应对未婚妊娠者进行适当的心理辅导。

Objective： To provide ways of psychological consulting and to remediation to pregnancy before marriage , through study on its impact on psychology. Methods： Adopting 1 ： 2 matched case -control study method, we take 125 pregnant female who come for marriage health check as the targets, and 250 as matched controls. A self - designed questionnaire and SCL - 90 are used for investigation and evaluation. Result： The average age of these 125 pregnant females is 25.1 years old. Early pregnancy takes the mainstream 94. 4% of the females wish to continue pregnancy. The factors that impact on females psychology are job, better education, poor economic condition and living with their parents. Conclusion： Pregnancy befoi＇e marriage does have certain impact on female ＇ s psychological health. To help female maintaining psychological health, we should do proper psychology Consulting.
