摘要
通过对某高校120名大学生上课打瞌睡情况的调查,发现导致该现象发生的主要原因是“头天晚上睡眠不够”、“教师讲课吸引力不够”、“对课程内容不感兴趣”,以及“教室环境不好,空气不流通”。本次调查未显示体育锻炼、是否吃早餐、有无慢性疾病和神经衰弱与上课打瞌睡有关。最终结论有待进一步的研究。
Questionnaires concerning the causes of dozing in class were collected from 120 students in a medical university. Results showed that inadequate sleep the previous night, teachers' less attractive lectures, lack of interest in teaching contents and poor classroom ventilation were the main causes of dozing in class. We did not find the relationship of dozing in class with exercise, having breakfast, chronic diseases or neurasthenia.
