摘要
对3—8日龄的眼斑拟石首鱼仔鱼分别投喂轮虫、新研制的微粒子饲料(MDA)和商品用微粒子饲料(MDB).结果表明,轮虫组仔鱼的存活率最高(56.0%),其次是MDA组(15.5%),最低为MDB组(1.2%),无给饵仔鱼至8日龄全部死亡.各组仔鱼的生长并无显著差异.随后对10-20日龄的仔鱼分别投喂轮虫、MDA、MDA+1/3轮虫和1/3轮虫,MDA+1/3轮虫组仔鱼的存活率和平均全长明显优于1/3轮虫组.研究认为,MDA可作为眼斑拟石首鱼仔鱼阶段所用的生物饵料轮虫的部分替代品.
This study was conducted to rear red drum Sciaenops ocellatus larvae with a newly developed microparticle diets (MDA). First, red drum Sciaenops ocellatus larvae were fed from 3 days after hatching ( d. a. h. ) to 8 d. a.h. on rotifers, MDA and commerial micropaticle diet ( MDB), respectively. The larvae fed on rotifers had the highest survival rate (56. 0 % ) , followed by the MDA (15.5 % ) , and the MDB ( 1.2 % ) . Unfed larvae could survive up to only 8d. a. h. There were no significant differences in growth between experimental groups. Next, red drum Sciaenops ocellatus larvae were fed from 10 d. a.h. to 20 d. a. h. on rotifers, MDA, MDA + 1/3 rotifers or 1/3 rotifer only. Larvae fed on MDA + 1/3 rotifers had significant higher survival rate and growth performance than those on 1/3 rotifers exclusively. These results suggested that potential of MDA as a part replacement for live food from the early developmental stage in the seed production of red drum Sciaenops ocellatus.
