摘要
在讨论继电器控制和单片机控制优缺点的基础上,着重分析了集美大学轮机工程学院自动化机舱实验室辅锅炉的单片机自动控制的软硬件设计特点,对其辅锅炉的继电器控制系统进行单片机控制改装,提高了控制系统的稳定性和可靠性.
Based on the discussion of both advantages and disadvantages of relay control and Single Chip Micyoco (SCM) control, this paper analyzes characteristics of the hardware and software of SCM automatic control of donkey boiler in the automatic marine engineering room lab of Marine Engineering Institute of Jimei University. According to the condition of the automatic marine engineering room in existence and requirement of teaching and scientific research, the control system reconstruction from relay to SCN of boiler has been done to improve the stability and reliability of its control system.
