摘要 本文对新型厌氧反应器(UBF)处理味精浓废水进行研究,结果表明:25℃条件下,UBF最佳有机容积负荷率为5.46kgCOD/(m^3·d),COD_(Cr)去除率为91.4%,产气率为0.59m^3/去除kgCOD_(Cr),CH_4含量为57.5%。35℃条件下,UBF最佳运行负荷率为9.45kgCOD_(Cr)/(m^3·d),COD_(Cr)去除率为87%,产气率为0.52m^3/去除kgCOD_(Cr)。两者出水pH均在7.5左右,达到了国家排放标准。 The study to treat the high concentrated wastewater of Wei-Tsing (glu-tamates) production by a new anaerobic reactor UBF has been conducted and the results shown that at ambient temperature of 25℃ the optimal volumetric load of organics of the UBF reactor, the COD removal ratio and the gas production are 5. 46 kg (COD)/m3 · d, 91. 4% and 0. 59m3(methane generation)/kg (COD removal) respectively and the CH4 content in the gas is about 57. 5%. At ambient temperature of 35℃ the optimal volumetric load of organics of the UBF reactor, the COD removal ratio and the gas production are 9. 45 kg (COD)/m3 · d, 87% and 0. 52m3(methane generation)/kg (COD removal) respectively. The pH value for both case was about 7. 5, quite well to meet the requirement of the national discharge standard.
