摘要
本文对毛细管放电产生类氖氩46.9nm激光进行了实验研究。实验中发现毛细管放电装置中布鲁姆林(Blumlein)传输线所产生的固有预脉冲对软X光激光的产生及稳定输出都有十分不利的影响。为了消除这种影响,提出了用外加隔离开关和隔离电容的方法消除固有预脉冲。经过实验验证,确定了隔离开关和隔离电容的最佳位置。结果该方法能够有效隔离固有预脉冲,使整个放电装置达到稳定运行。在此基础上,得到并改善了毛细管放电类氖氩46.9nm激光输出。
This paper studied the Ne-like argon 46.9nm laser pumped by capillary discharge through experiments. In the experiment, adverse influence of the inherent pre-pulse generated by Blumlein transmission line of the capillary discharge setup on arising and stable output of soft X-ray laser was observed. In order to remove this influence, the method of installing a switch and a capacitor for insulating the inherent pre-discharge pulse is proposed. The experimental results show that the method can insulate the inherent pre-discharge pulse efficiently and the discharge setup reaches stabilization of operation. On the basis of this, the laser spike of Ne-like argon 46.9nm has been observed and improved.
