摘要
本文在分析风速观测的基础上，提出了用微风模式代替静风模式预测高架点源废气排放在静风条件下的污染预测．
Based on the analysis of the observation results of wind speeds, this paper recommends a low-speed wind model to substitute the conventional zero speed wind model for prediction of the pollution of exhausted gases from high elevation point source.
