我国实行改革开放的政策以来,随着我国对外经济、文化等交流活动的日益增多,妨害国(边)境管理罪越加猖獗。对此,本文针对我国非法移民追究制度中存在的主要问题进行剖析和阐述,并对如何完善和:觅范我国非法移民刑事追究制度,提出了建议。

Since our country makes reform and opening policy, a complying with more and more communication of economy and culture crime on border management have been raging. In this article,the most important questions of our country＇s illegal immigrants is analyzed and some advice is given on how to improve and standardize the criminal punishment system.
