摘要
用乙醚／正己烷混合溶剂萃取松籽中的脂肪酸甘油酯，用ＫＯＨ—ＣＨ３ＯＨ法甲酯化，用ＧＣ／ＭＳ法测定其脂肪酸组成，共检出４种脂肪酸，其中以亚油酸（４７．３６％），油酸（３５．９８％）为主．
Samples of pine nut were extracted with a mixed solvent of ether and n-hexcane and esterfied with KOH-CH3OH. Then they were determined by capillary GC/MS, and four fatty acids were found with the following composition: Plamilic acid:3.03%, Linoleic acid:47.36%, Oleic acid:35.98%, Stearic acid:1 .48%.
