硫铁矿燃烧后的矿渣，是造纸厂的废料，它富含铁资源，其利用问题国内尚未解决．本文提供了利用硫铁矿渣制备氧化铁红与氧化铁黄等颜料的成功经验，给出了实验方法及条件．

It has not been solved in China to utilize the ashes of pyrites which are wastes piled up in paper manufacturers. This paper puts forward a method to make iron oxide colorants with the ashes of pyrites. The experiment process and the data available have been given. The guality of the experiment products reached the national standard.
