摘要
由于多学科设计优化涉及众多复杂因素,各个学科需要满足的约束是不同的,而系统级通常采用一致性约束来保证学科级共享、耦合变量及目标值的一致.在很多情况下共享、耦合变量及目标值满足了约束,但是各个学科获得的并不是本学科的最优解.本文采用满意度原理设计协同优化的系统级目标函数,综合考虑了学科级优化解的满意度和共享、耦合变量及目标值对于一致性约束的满意度,以增强协同优化的综合处理能力.齿轮变速箱优化实例表明该方法是可行有效的.
Collaborative optimization in Multidisciplinary lots of complex factors. Each discipline level Design Optimization (MDO) often involves is subject to different constraints, so interdisciplinary compatibility constraints are used to ensure the consistency of shared variables and objectives at the system level. Under some circumstances, the solutions, at which the shared variables, coupling variables, and objectives satisfy the constraints, are not the optimum for individual disciplines. Satisfactory degree theory is used to design the objective function of the system level, such that the satisfactory degrees of discipline optimum solutions and the satisfactory degrees of the shared, coupling variables and objectives meeting compatibility constraints are considered. An example of the gear reducer box design problem is given to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
