Blending technology of Australian medium wools and fine denier polyester fibers is researched in worsted system. The study indicates that pretreatment on materials and optimization of spinning processing plan are the key technologies, which carried out the large extent coefficient of variation in fibre fineness and assure the quality of the yarns. The research would play an important role in extending and increasing use value of medium wools.
